Simple Rosacea masks and toners will improve overall skin appearance and reduce redness. Be advised that not all Rosacea is the same and what might work for one may not work for another.

Mask with Baking Soda
2 tablespoons baking soda
Spring Water
Wash face thoroughly with a mild cleanser. Mix baking soda and water together to forma paste. Apply the paste to you face and leave on apx 20 minutes. Rinse face and feel the difference. Apply moisturizer. This recipe can be used 2-3 times per week.



Egg White Mask
2 large eggs
2 drops of lemon juice (optional)
Separate the egg whites, add the 2 drops of lemon juice. Whip the egg whites until frothy. After thoroughly cleansing your face, gently apply the whipped egg to face. Leave on until mask dries. Rinse with warm water and moisturize as normal. This treatment will tighten your skin and help clear red spots. If you are allergic to eggs, do not use this recipe.



Tonic with Basil
2 to 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 cup boiling water
Steep basil leaves in water for 10 to 20 minutes. Cool, then apply to face with a white cotton ball.
