You're in control and can choose the products you use ... one foot care & skincare brand you'll want to try is the Fiji line. Wow! Fiji Coconut Sugar Scrub is heavenly for your skin and perfect for your feet

Fiji Coconut Sugar Scrub : Most scrubs I've tried do a fine job of exfoliating, but nothing compares to this product for moisturizing and the fantastic scent.
The sugar crystals are in an oil base so when you rinse the crystals off you are left with super soft skin that smells good ALL day. The scent is like coconut-vanilla, the jar is generous and will last a while. An added bonus, your shower/bathroom will smell great all day.  view at amazon.com

Soaking feet in a Copper Bowl for pedicures helps with joint pain and arthritis
Copper Pedicure Bowl : Health benefits of copper are well known. Soaking feet in a Copper bowl can help to achieve a healthier immune system as well as help with joint pain from conditions like arthritis.

Positive and negative magnetic fields created by copper help energy flow through the body. Ionized copper was used by ancient Egypt to purify water.

In addition the body absorbs small amounts of copper into the blood stream. In the blood stream, copper binds together with enzymes. These enzymes are used to aid in the creation of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is necessary for the body to repair and heal itself. Copper is a vital part of the body’s immune system.

All Natural Home Pedicure Step by Step:

Turn on your favorite music (or a good movie). Maybe have a glass of wine handy or whip up a margarita to sip during your pedicure. Enjoy this quiet 'me' time to the absolute fullest.

Have four towels available to use during your home pedicure, and a tub of hot water which you'll use in addition to your foot soaking bowl.

1) Remove any polish you may have on your nails. If you have stains on your nails or they have a yellow tinge try rubbing them with an old toothbrush and toothpaste made for teeth whitening. Or you can soak your nails for ten minutes in lemon juice, but the 'whitening' toothpaste works nicely.
2) If your feet or heels have excessive dry skin, you may want to run some very warm bath water and soak your feet there first for ten minutes. This will soften your skin and prepare it for exfoliation.
3) Fill your copper bowl (or container of choice) with hot water, adding Epsom salts (apx 1/2 to 1 cup) and your favorite scented essential oil (maybe lavender or tea tree - apx 1 teaspoon) while the water is running. Soak your feet in the Epsom salt water for about ten minutes.
4) Remove and exfoliate one foot at a time ...  Use a foot brush and gently brush each foot and heal area to remove dead skin cells and soften your feet. Follow with a foot sugar scrub product, such as the Fiji Coconut Scrub.

Massage the foot scrub into your feet starting from the toes. The the heels and up to where you need it. Always use firm, circular movements with your fingers. Do this scrub massage for 2 minutes on each foot and then rinse them with warm, clean water.

5) Continue with a foot stone or foot buffer. Regular use of a foot stone or a foot buffer will truly do wonders for the skin on your feet - do not skip this step.
6) Now it's time to shape your nails and cuticles. Towel dry your feet well. Using a straight-edge nail clipper - cut your nails straight across in a straight line. Do not cut your toenails in a rounded shape or in the corners. Overly round-shaped nails can
lead to painful, ingrown toenails and related infections. Length of nails should not exceed the tip of your toes. Use a nail buffer to soften the corners.

Rub the cuticles with cuticle oil and gently push them with a cuticle pusher or rounded wooden cuticle stick to the root of the nail.

7) Rub a foot lotion between your palms and rub onto your feet and massage them with circular movements. Massage improves circulation, relaxes the muscles, reduces pain and reduces the swelling of the feet. Massage your feet until the lotion soaks into the skin.

Slide your feet into some flipflops and wet two hand towels with really hot water - wring out each - and wrap each foot with a hot towel. Leave feet wrapped apx 5 minutes. Steamed towels work best for sealing in the moisture from your pedicure - but if you don't have a portable towel-steamer, a hot moist towel is sufficient.

8) Make a cold drink or a hot cup of tea - sit down and just relax for at least 20 minutes. You'll enjoy the quiet time and your feet will look & feel gorgeous!

Lotions that aren't considered "all natural" can contain
ingredients that are considered toxic to your body. Lotion
penetrates the skin and can enter the blood stream.

Most lotions contain alcohol which is drying to the skin and
or Parabens that are added for shelf life. Recent studies show
parabens can even cause cancer.

Essential oils not only stimulate and nourish
your skin, they enhance your immune system,
and stimulate the senses!
